Visit Us!
"Simplify, Simplify. Rather than love, than money, than fame, give me truth." - Henry David Thoreau
We love visitors! Please call us ahead of time to schedule a farm visit. We are a working farm and both of us have full time careers, so we want to make sure we have the time to spend with you visiting the alpacas, strolling through the gardens, and in our farm store. (We also want to be sure that we are actually at the farm when you stop by!) During the school year, weekends and after 4:00pm is best for us. On weekends and during the summer or school vacations, we can usually schedule farm visits anytime. We look forward to hearing from you!
Once you get close, you'll recognize our farm. We sit far off the road on the side of a mountain. There's no big sign out front or even an alpaca on the mailbox anymore, but we are the white house with the two big barns and all the alpacas happily grazing in the pasture!
We always recommend folks bring our phone number with them when they visit. Some of our backroads don't have street signs and sometimes our visitors get lost, even with a GPS!
So if you own alpacas and want to see our herd, or if you are interested in someday owning alpacas of your own, or if you simply want to tour the farm, see the alpacas and the farmstore, give us a call and we'll set up a time that's good for both of us. We'd love to hear from you!
We love the alpaca lifestyle and caring for these beautiful creatures. There also happens to be a lot of investment potential and tax advantages of being a working farm! We'd love to share what we've learned, what we know, and what alpaca farming has done for us in the past 13 years. We now routinely earn more as alpaca farmers than we do from the professional careers that we went to college for! The financial opportunities, investment potential and tax benefits of raising alpacas are worth considering, especially in today's market!
Alpacas are the Best Financial Investment We've Ever Made!
Several times a year, we open our farm, our barns, our gardens and our farm store to the public. If you're interested in knowing when these events happen, please join our mailing list.
